"Understanding our customer's specific needs and requirements has been a key driver in our success. We actually dedicate a lot of time to getting to know our customers, enabling us to deliver bespoke ranges and products which perfectly meet the needs of the target audience. In addition we spend considerable time in-store with consumers, likewise undertake product reviews with consumer panels to make sure we get it right. This is just an example of the added value which Principle bring to customers. All products comply with the EU Directive. The In- house Quality Management System is certified against the Highest Levels BRC Global Food Standard. Membership of the Council for Responsible Nutrition means that all product formulations are always compliant with EU legislation. Principle's Passion for Quality gained them an "Excellence In Quality" award from their biggest customer, which Mike Davies is particularly proud of, he says "We simple will not compromise in any way one Quality, it is the single most important ingredient in our business" In March 2008 Principle gained an Accreditation for ISO14001 Environmental Standard, and have also been successfully accredit by the Halal Food Authority UK, leading them to launch a specific range of Halal Accredited Products - www.halal-vitamins.co.uk.Other recent product development has included a Lifestyle range, all of which are Halal Accredited, to meet the individual needs of consumers in their various lifestages.
